University of South Wales is looking for partners

South Wales Business School (University of South Wales) is seeking partners for Horizon Europe calls related to migration and democracy. The proposal builds on the expertise of Professor Palash Kamruzzaman, whose research focuses on forced displacement, dignity, and host community–refugee relations, with extensive fieldwork on Rohingya and Syrian refugee contexts in Bangladesh, Malaysia, Turkey, and Afghanistan. His work provides empirically grounded insights into humanitarian governance, refugee integration, and migration management, offering valuable lessons from the Global South to inform the implementation of the EU Pact on Migration and Asylum. The consortium welcomes partners from academia, public authorities, SMEs, and civil society, with an expression of interest deadline of 30 April 2026.
