HORIZON JU CBE 2026 CSA 01: FUNDECYT-Scientific and Technological Park of Extremadura (FUNDECYT-PCTEX)
- QUIENES SOMOS:
FUNDECYT-PCTEx is a non-profit foundation of the Public Sector of Extremadura, promoted by the Regional Government and the University of Extremadura. It strengthens regional competitiveness through science, technology and innovation, following the quadruple helix model. FUNDECYT manages the Extremadura Technology Incubator Network, supports R&D&I, and leads projects such as SutaiNext, a zero-waste biorefinery, and Robocoop-EU, developing circular bioeconomy business models for agri-cooperatives.
- QUE OFRECEMOS:
FUNDECYT-PCTEx is well suited for the topic thanks to its participation in Robocoop-EU, membership in ERRIN and ERIAFF, and its role in the RIS3 Observatory. FUNDECYT can consult non- and partially bio-based industries to identify barriers, analyse results, map success cases, convene multi-actor forums, and develop sectoral roadmaps supporting the transition to bio-based models with de-risking pathways.
