- QUIENES SOMOS:
INTROMAC is a public Research Institute of the Extremadura Regional Government (Spain) focused on improving competitiveness in energy-efficient building through R&D and innovation. Its research covers Energy Efficiency, Sustainability, materials, structures, Heritage and industrial processes, and is organized into two departments: Technologies & Sustainable Construction, and Ornamental Stones, Construction Products and Techniques.
- QUE OFRECEMOS:
The Centre has strong expertise in developing and validating bio-based, circular construction materials, including panels, mortars, binders and insulation from renewable and agro-industrial by-products. It has in-depth know-how on secondary raw materials and advanced lab and on-site testing for mechanical, durability, thermal, acoustic and moisture performance. The Centre also applies LCA and circularity metrics and supports standardisation and certification processes.
