Twinning methodology to innovate innovation agencies

Business incubation (BIC) agencies and incubators support small and medium-sized enterprises and help them implement innovative social changes in local societies. BICs require constant improvement of their tools and policies to influence sustainability according to the EU goals. The EU-funded ImpAct Agencies project will apply the twinning advanced methodology to create new modular tools and services through a peer review and evaluation. This consortium of four experienced Innovation Agencies from Hungary, Ireland, Italy, and Spain aim to establish a novelty open model for constant development in a community of social innovation agencies. The result will be a Design Option Paper including several service delivery options for innovative frameworks, services, and strategies.
