The Electronic Sensory Analysis research group at CICYTEX, led by Dr. Ramiro Sánchez Baltasar, is dedicated to advancing food sensory analysis. Located at the Extremadura Agri-Food Technology Institute (INTAEX), our team uses AI-integrated electronic noses, tongues, and vision systems to enhance food quality monitoring and safety evaluations.
